I'm amazed at how well this is working to clear up my acne. I have had my skin break out recently for no reason I can figure out. I decided to try this and it has helped a lot in the two weeks I've had it. I still wash my face every morning and night, but in the middle of the day I use this for 20 minutes. The next morning after using it I am not noticing new pimples appear, just the ones that were already there are healing. Since my main focus is acne I use the blue light for ten minutes, then the red and the purple for five each. It makes a noticeable difference.
