I’m a Powerlifter and former college basketball player. I really love how easy it is to operate and it’s mobile. I’m not limited to at home use. I was able to take it with me to the gym after a tough workout. Cupping therapy helps to speed up recovery from muscle fatigue. This device has temp control and suction control. Some tips are to use lower suction settings where you have less muscle and moisturize before hand. Familiarize yourself with the button settings before putting on your skin. I especially loved the suction release button to remove.

First time trying today used on my problem areas for pain relief near shoulders, back and hips. I felt instant pain relief I will continue to use to for more results for cellulite as well. Its easy to use and very convenient for new moms. So far loving this device highly recommend

As a physical therapist, I'm familiar with cupping and utilize it fairly often with my own personal plastic cupping set that I apply manually with a pump. This electronic cupping set blows my old set out of the water! I love these cups and they just look cooler and more modern!

Suction is unbelievable and can be set to very strong. Pleased with that aspect of the unit and couldn't be better especially for the cost. Only real concern about the unit is that it isn't super well made and if you take the top Ring off of unit, it is pretty hard to get it back on and have the button/pad to line back up. Today it wouldn't turn on so I am charging it to see if this will help but so far no.. I would have rated a 5 except for the lid difficulty.
